Who we are

ART4 (art4-all.com) is operated by Thomas Bouchard (company registration in progress). For anything concerning your personal data, write to contact@art4-all.com.

What we collect, and why

Account data — name, email address and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account, so you can sign in as a collector or an artist.

Artist data — the profile, biography and market references artists choose to publish on their ART4 pages.

Inquiry and offer data — name, email, message and, for sealed offers, the offer amount, when you express interest in a work. Used solely to arrange the acquisition with you.

Contact messages — what you send through the contact form, delivered to our inbox so we can answer you.

We collect nothing else. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no sale of data to anyone, ever.

Cookies

ART4 uses only strictly necessary cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. These require no consent banner under EU rules. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Where your data lives

Data is processed by our service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (website hosting) and NameHero (email). We share personal data with no one else, except artists — who receive what is needed to complete an acquisition you initiated.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Inquiry, offer and contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal bookkeeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to contact@art4-all.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
